The Red Ribbon club was constituted in our college in 2006. The red ribbon is the global symbol for solidarity with HIV-positive people and those living with AIDS. The Red Ribbon Club of the college creates an awareness by organizing various programmes among students about the causes of HIV, prevention of HIV infection and how to take care of HIV Positive people.

Objectives

• To create awareness on HIV and other STDs among Students-community and Public
• To motivate youth and build their capacity as peer educators and change agents by developing their skills on leadership and team building.
• To counsel the students regarding the various preventives for their proper health.
